ICAI CC papers

ICAI or the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India's website is attracting too much traffic that the website is down.

Why could this be ? No resutls are due ( PE-2 or FInal or CPT). Is it because today is the last date to check the CC papers ( course completion) test papers ?

Or is there any other reason ? If you know post it as comments here. Let me know if you are able to visit icai.org

I am not able to access the site at all.
