The Karnataka Chief Minister BSY (we shall refrain from calling him Yeddy hereafter) has atlast allocated portfolios to his council of ministers.
BSY has allocated the crucial Home Ministry to Dr. V S Acharya, a member of the Vidhana Parishad.
Curoiusly, BSY has retained the Intelligence portfolio with himself. Guess BSY expects the home ministry does not need Intelligence !
